The initiative aims to shine a light on neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer affecting immature nerve cells called neuroblasts.

Chef Ed Reavis, a health & fitness enthusiast, was inspired to create the menu following a recent partnership with Shouk, a local plant-based fast-casual chain.
