Police Report Arrest of Virginia Man in Two Attempted Carjackings
The county police department reports that detectives from the Major Crime Division have arrested a Virginia man for two attempted carjackings in downtown Silver Spring. Michael Danso, 38, of Woodbridge was charged in connection with the incidents that occurred on March 23.
