A Silver Spring brother-sister team has created a way to represent the area while raising funds for a local non-profit. Pete Tantisunthorn and his sister Rhena will begin selling a small line of clothing for men, women and kids featuring the tagline “There’s Only One Silver Spring.”

Elrich to Open Public Comment Period On Draft Climate Action Plan Tonight
County Executive Marc Elrich will open public discussion of a Draft Climate Action Plan released yesterday with a virtual meeting tonight (Dec. 15) at 6 p.m., the Executive Office announced. The plan is described as a “strategic” plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the county by 80% by 2027 and by 100% by 2035.
