Police Seek Missing Silver Spring Man with Dementia (Update: Located)
Detectives with the county police are looking for a missing Silver Spring man who suffers from dementia and are asking for the public’s help. Eugene Rodgers, 66, was last seen around 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 17 as he walked away from his Fenwick Lane home.

County Animal Services, Adoption Center to Reopen Sunday
The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center will fully reopen to the public on Sunday, June 20, officials with the county’s Office of Animal Services announced. During the COVID-19 emergency, while the shelter was closed, OAS continued to operate the MCASAC caring for homeless animals, responding to emergencies and animal complaints.
