The county has announced the following holiday schedule for Veterans Day on Wednesday, Nov. 11. County offices and libraries, along with state offices and courts, will be closed, though the Alcohol Beverage Services stores will be open noon–7 p.m.

County Cancels Late-Night Alcohol Sales at Restaurants
The county cancelled its Late-Night Alcohol Sales Program as of yesterday at 5 p.m., officials announced. The program was launched in October and allowed restaurants to apply for a permit to sell and serve alcohol after 10 p.m. if they had not been cited or closed during the previous 60 days.
